• Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Conduct quality reviews and implement improvements based on lessons learned.
• Manage project budget and schedule commitments, ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide leadership to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Skills

• Strong background in IT project management with a focus on application-side projects.
• Proven ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Completion of a four-year degree is essential.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in Project and Portfolio Management methodologies and tools.
• Experience in change management and risk management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical terms into business language.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on emotional intelligence and situational leadership.
