Role : Senior Program Manager - Field Inventory Management (FIM)

DUTIES AND TASKS :

Lead enterprise-scale Field Inventory Management programs from strategy through deployment and stabilization.
Develop and execute program roadmaps, milestones, budgets, resource plans, and governance structures.
Manage cross-functional teams composed of business leaders, IT, supply chain, finance, operations, data, training, and external partners.
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and issues.
