Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced RDK Video Test Engineer / Triage Engineer with strong expertise in STB (Set-Top Box), Video Platforms, and Embedded Systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Development, QA, and Triage teams to ensure smooth product delivery, issue resolution, and high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Development, QA, and Triage teams for end-to-end embedded product delivery
• Perform issue triage, debugging, root cause analysis, and defect resolution
• Support Video / STB platforms and System Integration (SI) activities
• Track and report project/program metrics, milestones, and status updates
• Utilize tools like Jira, Rally, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Tableau for project tracking
• Coordinate across multiple teams and manage concurrent workstreams
• Present updates, risks, and progress to senior leadership
• Drive execution independently as a self-starter and team leader

Required Skills

• Strong experience in STB / Video domain (RDK preferred)
• Hands-on experience in Embedded Systems (Smart TVs, STBs, Routers)
• Strong programming skills in C++
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Expertise in triage engineering, debugging, and log analysis
• Knowledge of project/program management methodologies
• Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Rally, Confluence)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
