 Job description:                                         

• The Lead CyberArk Engineer serves as a senior technical leader responsible for the design, engineering, automation, integration, and operational excellence of the enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform.
• This role leads the implementation and evolution of CyberArk solutions, including credential management, privileged session management, secrets management, and privileged access governance capabilities.
• The Lead CyberArk Engineer partners with infrastructure, application, cloud, security, identity, and engineering teams to deliver scalable PAM solutions that protect the organization's most critical assets while enabling secure and efficient access management.
• This position combines deep technical expertise, architectural leadership, solution design, automation development, mentoring, and strategic planning responsibilities.
• Technical Leadership
• Serve as the technical lead for CyberArk engineering initiatives and enterprise PAM programs.
• Provide architectural guidance and engineering leadership for CyberArk platform capabilities.
• Drive technical strategy, platform modernization, and long-term PAM roadmap development.
• Lead design reviews, solution approvals, and engineering governance activities.
• Mentor and develop senior engineers, engineers, and early talent resources.
• Information security, infrastructure engineering, systems engineering, or identity and access management experience.
• Hands-on CyberArk engineering experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale PAM implementations and engineering teams.
• Experience designing and supporting highly available and mission-critical security platforms.
