Summary
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst
- The key requirement for this role is direct CCM implementation experience.
- We are looking for someone who has either implemented CCM solutions or played a meaningful role in a CCM implementation, ideally as a specialist, business analyst, or product owner.
- Our preference would be for someone with financial services experience and strong cybersecurity domain knowledge, who understands how controls are translated into continuous control monitoring requirements.
- Hands-on experience delivering an automated cybersecurity or technology control-monitoring capability, including defining requirements, partnering with Engineering on the build, supporting testing/UAT, and taking the solution through production go-live.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity controls, control objectives, and automated control monitoring.
- Experience taking an automated control-monitoring initiative from requirements through build, testing/UAT, and implementation.
- Ability to translate cybersecurity/control requirements into clear monitoring requirements and measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of data concepts and how data is used to support automated controls.
- Familiarity with technical concepts such as APIs, data flows, and system integrations; hands-on coding/SQL is not required.
