- Based on the answers obtained from the assessment, consultants need to plan/build Workshop A (System Demo and Presentation Deck)

- Key Decision Documentation
- Process Flows
- Authorization and Security
- Test planning (Standard and Custom objects)
- Change Management
- Reporting
- S/4 Experience
- A&D Experience (nice to have for offshore resources)
- Experience with Transportation and Advanced Transportation in S/4
- Freight Units and Freight Orders
- Integration with ShipERP for small parcel management
- Carrier integration
- Integration with Warehouse Management (EWM), GTS and Dangerous Goods
- Route Determination
- Integration with external Warehouse systems (3PL)
- Functional specification authoring
