Role: Program Manager-GCC/GBS setup
Location: Midland, MI 48640
Duration: 12 Months (Need contract to hire profiles)
Hybrid (must be on site 3 days a week)




Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

  • 15+ years of experience in project management, transition management, shared services, GCC/GBS setup, business transformation, or large-scale migration programs.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-function, multi-region programs involving senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, transition teams, vendors, and business owners.
  • Strong PMO capability, including integrated planning, RAID management, governance design, milestone tracking, executive reporting, and issue escalation.
  • Experience in knowledge transfer, process documentation, training coordination, operational readiness, hypercare, and stabilization management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and leadership skills across global time zones and cultures.
  • Working knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint/shared drives, Power BI, project planning tools, and transition tracking platforms.
  • Understanding of Order-to-Cash, Finance, IT, HR, or shared-service operations is preferred.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL, Prosci, or equivalent certification is desirable.



Key Deliverables

  • Integrated master migration plan with wave-level milestones and dependencies.
  • Weekly and monthly leadership status reports, dashboards, and governance packs.
  • RAID log, escalation tracker, decision log, and action tracker.
  • Knowledge management tracker, documentation completion status, and readiness scorecards.
  • Training and onboarding tracker by wave, function, role, and individual.
  • Go/no-go readiness inputs and wave transition closure reports.
  • Hypercare pulse-check reports, stabilization metrics, issue closure summaries, and lessons-learned documentation.


Success Measures

  • Migration waves delivered on agreed timelines with no material business disruption.
  • High completion of knowledge documentation, training, onboarding, and readiness checkpoints before each wave go-live.
  • Timely closure of risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and hypercare actions.
  • Clear leadership visibility through accurate, timely, and actionable reporting.
  • Continuous improvement across waves through structured retrospectives and lessons learned.
