As an RF and Microwave Engineer on our National Security team, you will be at the forefront of technology-designing, developing, integrating, and testing RF circuits, antennas, and other RF and microwave elements into comprehensive systems for signal collection missions
You'll join a highly skilled team dedicated to creating innovative solutions for national security applications. As an RF and microwave engineer, you'll guide the architecture and implementation of RF solutions and analysis.

You Have: - Experience with RF or microwave circuit design, including amplifiers, mixers, oscillators, filters, and antennas and met rics such as SNR and NF
- Experience with advanced RF or microwave design techniques such as electromagnetic ( EM ) simulation
- Experience with RF measurement tools, including spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and signal generators, and with designing custom RF hardware through simulation, fabrication, testing, and optimization stages of product development
- Experience with RF simulation tools such as Microwave Office, HFSS, or FEKO
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug RF hardware
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to display an eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic engineering environment and adapt to evolving technical needs
- Ability to obtain a TS / SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in RF hardware design, simulation, testing, and evaluation, or Master's degree and 3+ years of experience in RF hardware design, simulation, testing, and evaluation
Nice If You Have: - Experience leading and managing small to medium-sized engineering team
- Experience with RF photonics
- Experience with MATLAB or Python and GitHub for signal processing applications and sof tware and algorithm development
- Knowledge of lab automation and scripting to streamline testing processes and data acqui sit ion
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
