Job Description:
This remote contract position focuses on enhancing legal hold and matter management processes. 
The role involves reviewing and optimizing workflows, governance, and compliance strategies in legal litigation applications, using generic technology platforms. 
The ideal candidate will have experience in process evaluation and improvement in a corporate legal setting.

Key Responsibilities
Review and enhance legal hold issuance, tracking, and release processes.
Assess workflows, governance, and defensibility practices for legal holds.
Develop a standardized playbook for legal hold processes.
Evaluate and optimize matter management processes, including intake and routing.
Improve subpoena and litigation response processes with updated SOPs.

Qualifications
Experience in legal hold process management and enhancement.
Proven ability to assess and optimize legal workflows and governance.
Experience in developing compliance guidance and standardized processes.
Knowledge of matter management, including intake and routing.
Experience with subpoena and litigation response improvements.
