Job Title: IAM Engineer (IDM)

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

We are looking for an IAM Engineer to implement, support, and maintain Identity Management (IDM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with identity lifecycle management, user provisioning, access governance, authentication, and application integrations while ensuring compliance with security policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and support Identity Management (IDM) solutions.
Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access requests.
Configure and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
Integrate applications with IAM, SSO, and MFA solutions.
Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and support identity governance processes.
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams on identity integrations.
Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and access policies.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with IAM/IDM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), ForgeRock, or Ping Identity.
Knowledge of identity lifecycle management, SSO, MFA, LDAP, Active Directory, and RBAC.
Experience with application integration, authentication protocols, and access management.
Familiarity with REST APIs and scripting using PowerShell or Python.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
IAM or security certifications are a plus.
