Position: Quality Assurance Analyst - Advanced
Location: Columbia, SC 29201
Client: State of South Carolina
Duration: 12+ Months
Job Description: Seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Analyst to lead system testing for enrollment, eligibility, document management, and workflow sub-systems. You will develop test plans, design test cases, and drive both manual and automated testing programs. You should be comfortable evaluating proposed solutions, identifying defects, and recommending process improvements, with a focus on healthcare/Medicaid related systems and data integrity.
5 Key Technical Skills:
- 5+ years QA/Quality Control experience; 3+ years in Sahi Pro/Selenium automation
- Proficient in test design techniques (Equivalence Partitioning, Pairwise Analysis) and test scripting
- Experience with SDLC methodologies (Waterfall and Agile); Jira/Confluence proficiency
- Healthcare/Medicaid domain knowledge; X12 HIPAA EDI transactions (preferred)
- Strong documentation and communication for requirements, use cases, and test reports
