Agile Project Manager/Business Analyst will support the ETS Business Systems Delivery (BSD) Customer Engagement Pega department, which manages and implements a portfolio of ETS system capital initiatives for Customer Operations, Electric Operations, and Customer Energy Solution business partners. This team supports initiatives from conception through implementation and provides ETS support to enhance existing systems, create or enhance interfaces, and design, develop, test, and implement new applications.
The
Agile Project Manager/Business Analyst will work closely with the ETS delivery team to design, develop, test, and implement key functional enhancements based on business requirements from the product owner and regulator. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to foster relationships, facilitate and coordinate standard project operations, and drive delivery excellence.

Role & Responsibilities - Agile Project Manager/Business Analyst - Ensure the project team complies with operational standards and adheres to Microsoft Azure DevOps protocols for reporting tasks, defects, and time.
- Organize and facilitate project status meetings, working sessions, and scrum ceremonies (daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint retrospectives).
- Prepare and distribute progress reports and meeting minutes.
- Collaborate with the team to implement and maintain the overall project or work plan.
- Collaborate with product owners to prepare business requirements documentation.
- Write user stories and define the definition of done and definition of ready.
- Coordinate project schedules in collaboration with the Product Owner.
- Oversee adherence to quality assurance processes, including periodic reviews and knowledge transitions.
- Communicate requirements, project plans, and changes in commitments to stakeholders.
- Manage relationships and coordinate activities across teams in different locations.
- Define release scope and schedule to ensure consistent and timely value delivery.
- Identify obstacles and proactively facilitate resolution.
- Seek management support to remove team impediments as needed.
- Represent the project team during meetings and official functions.
- Develop and manage project and work plans for assigned program work streams.
- Balance and adjust scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Monitor milestone progress and implement corrective measures to maintain schedule and budget.
- Secure senior management buy-in for project plans, commitments, and variations.
- Define team member roles and expectations to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Support team development by holding members accountable and facilitating growth.
- Leverage organizational resources to enhance project capacity.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors and monitor contract adherence.
Required Skillset - Agile Project Manager/Business Analyst - Strong knowledge of project management and software development methodologies and tools: Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, SDLC, DevOps, SAFe
- Experience leading and mentoring IT project teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in an Agile project environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive business requirements documents and detailed user stories
- Proficiency in documenting and communicating project progress and implementing corrective measures
