UI/UX Designer 

Location : Novi, Michigan

Duration : Permanent

• Lead and deliver end-to-end UX design processes—from discovery and definition through design, validation, and refinement across multiple projects. 

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to and evolve design systems and standards, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products. 

• Create high-quality deliverables using Figma, including wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and components leveraging variables and design-to-code best practices. 

• Apply data-oriented design principles, treating components and content as structured, reusable data systems. 

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams, ensuring smooth translation of design to code (HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks such as React). 

• Partner with product managers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to align on product vision, prioritize features, and deliver impactful digital experiences. 

• Communicate design decisions effectively, articulating trade-offs, value, and user impact to stakeholders and leadership. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's and/or Master’s in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or Computer Science

• Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion in a remote and dynamic working environment.

• Demonstrable expertise in UX design in all phases across a variety of projects.

• Experience delivering projects from definition thru execution and refinement.

• Proven ability to build consensus, influence, and work effectively within a cross-functional team of designers, product managers, and engineers.

Experience with building relationships, credibility, and proactive communication with team members and leaders.

• Ability to communicate the value of product features and identify trade-offs to deliver useful digital products

• 6+ year of experience with leading and coaching UX designers (directly or indirectly) by demonstrating standard methodologies in design communication and approaches, mentorship, and sharing your work and knowledge with others.

• Design strategy (self-starter, identifies gaps and risks and comes up with ideas to mitigate) - Curiosity and interest in data problems - Significant-experience designing for enterprise internal/B2B.
