Join our Field Services team as a Workplace Management Practitioner, where you will be the face of IT for our Bethpage site. You will play a vital role in ensuring our workforce remains productive through elite hardware support, software management, and onsite technical expertise.

responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex laptop and hardware issues for a diverse enterprise user base.
- Lead Windows 11 upgrade initiatives and manage the full lifecycle of hardware (IMACD).
- Ensure system security and compliance through Windows EUC patching via BigFix.
- Support onsite collaboration by troubleshooting Audio/Video equipment and meeting room technology.
qualifications:
* Proven experience in enterprise-level IT end-user support and hardware maintenance.
Proficiency with Active Directory, Remote Desktop, and inventory management systems.
Excellent customer service skills with a track record of improving service desk performance.
