Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to support a large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation, with a strong emphasis on Oracle Incentive Compensation within the HCM/Payroll domain. This role is focused on driving execution, coordination, and delivery across business and technical teams in a complex enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience leading long-duration Oracle Cloud programs, particularly those involving compensation, payroll, or incentive management, and thrives in a role centered on governance, stakeholder alignment, and delivery oversight rather than hands-on requirements gathering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud transformation initiatives, with a focus on Oracle Incentive Compensation and related HCM modules
• Serve as the primary coordination point between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and momentum
• Own overall project execution including planning, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue management
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across HR, payroll, finance, IT, and external implementation partners
• Drive project governance, status reporting, executive communications, and steering committee updates
• Ensure delivery milestones are met across multi-phase, long-running transformation efforts
• Proactively identify risks and constraints and work with leadership to mitigate impacts
• Maintain strong delivery discipline while operating in a highly matrixed enterprise environment

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Project Manager on Oracle transformation initiatives, with a strong preference for Oracle Cloud environments
• Hands-on leadership experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation and/or HCM, Payroll, or Compensation systems
• Proven success managing large, complex, long-duration programs rather than a portfolio of short-term projects
• Strong background coordinating across business units, technical teams, and vendors
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and executive leadership
• Experience operating within structured PMO or enterprise governance models

Preferred Experience

• Oracle Cloud HCM implementations involving compensation, commissions, or payroll transformations
• Experience working alongside system integrators or third-party Oracle implementation partners
• Enterprise-scale transformation experience within complex, multi-team environments
