Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst / Innovation Coordinator - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ and Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This is a multifaceted role for a Business Systems Analyst / Innovation Coordinator to support the different needs across an Innovation Lab. The ideal candidate has worked in a technology environment and can balance requirements gathering, coordination, communication, reporting, and operational responsibilities. This position will serve as a key point of contact for teams bringing technology requests into the lab.
Responsibilities: - Manage Innovation Labs requests from intake through close-out, serving as the primary point of contact for innovation teams
- Conduct lab consultations, facilitate discovery sessions, and gather business and technical requirements
- Partner with lab engineers to assess innovation viability and coordinate environment onboarding and delivery
- Coordinate approval activities and track requests through all stages of the lifecycle
- Monitor provisioning activities, support ticket resolution, and customer communications
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and knowledge content using Confluence and other approved tools
- Ensure compliance with Innovation Labs policies, processes, and operational standards
- Participate in application enhancements, testing, release activities, and process improvement initiatives
- Assist with operational reporting, metrics collection, and status reporting
- Support stakeholder engagement, communications, and promotional efforts
Requirements: - 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Experience facilitating meetings, gathering requirements, and managing operational processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience with documentation, reporting, and process improvement
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of Confluence, Jira, and Agile/Scrum delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog management, testing, and release coordination
Desired skills: - Familiarity with technology evaluation, onboarding, innovation programs, or technology lab environments
Pay range: $36.56 - $44.56 per hour
