Full Stack Developer

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• 12+ years of experience in full stack software development with a strong focus on Java

technologies and modern frontend frameworks

• Advanced proficiency in Java and the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring

Data)

• Strong expertise in TypeScript and React, including state management, component design, and

responsive UI development

• Hands-on experience with agentic AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar,

with a demonstrated ability to drive productive workflows and critically evaluate AI-generated

output

• Strong experience with SQL Server (or a comparable RDBMS), including complex queries, stored

procedures, and performance optimization

• Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)

• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, REST API design, and container technologies

(Docker, Kubernetes)

• Strong grasp of software design patterns, object-oriented programming principles, and secure

coding practices

• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, or Playwright

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical

Stakeholders

Desired Skills

• Experience in financial services, private equity, or fund administration

• Familiarity with Sage Intacct or similar fund accounting platforms

• Familiarity with Azure cloud services and cloud-native application development

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
