Summary

Role: Lead Technical Consultant - ITSM/Now Assist

Location: Remote

Scope:

Must be on US Soil with Public Trust Position (PTP) clearance.
Lead TC who is an expert with ITSM Now Assist to support workshop sessions, demo solution, refine stories, configure solution and provide advisory support.

Required Certifications:

CSA, CAD
Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM
Now Assist Executive Micro Cert
