Production Support Engineers

Production Support Engineers for Randstad Digital, LLC. Multiple openings. Headquarters: Woburn, MA. Install, administer, and maintain networks, servers, and environments. Develop, customize enterprise monitoring tools, operating systems, dashboards, reports, alerts, visualization, search queries, KPIs, entities, components, service trees, workflows. Review logs, infrastructure and system health, network performance, clustering, scalability, incidents, change management, SLAs, data, security, automation, indexing, data retentions and backups, use cases, stability, audits, tickets, metrics, POCs, production environments. Troubleshoot, analyze root cause, script to automate tasks and system configurations. Confer with cross-functional teams. Configure monitoring templates and thresholds, perform system upgrades. Identify problems, satisfy client/user needs, recommend systems monitoring and modifications. Use SCOM, SiteScope, Splunk, Exchange, Lync, SharePoint, AD, PowerShell, ITIL, Enterprise Security, SPL, ITSI, Service Now, Remedy, Windows Active Directory, clustering technologies, Regex, Linux, Unix, Dynatrace, Shell, AppDynamics, Autosys. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a related field and 2 years experience in the proffered position, or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of experience reviewing logs, system health, performance, incidents, change management, stability, production environments; performing automation and troubleshooting; using ITIL, Linux, Unix, Dynatrace, Autosys. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted. $138,383 to $138,400/yr.
