Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in ReactJS, NodeJS, Python, and SQL. The ideal candidate should have experience supporting GMP-critical solutions, resolving technical issues, implementing technology solutions, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and support applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, Python, and SQL.
Work on GMP-critical solutions and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
Identify and implement technical requirements aligned with business objectives.
Contribute to application design, development, and technology solution delivery.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues through break-fix activities, trouble tickets, and change requests.
Prepare and maintain technical and project documentation.
Collaborate with onshore and offshore technical teams to exchange technical information.
Support the design and delivery of end-user training and procedures.
Ensure technology deliverables follow company policies and regulatory standards.
Apply technology best practices and use feedback and monitoring to improve solution quality.
Work independently, learn quickly, and collaborate with client partners to achieve strategic objectives.
Mentor team members, develop technical talent, and support future team leaders.
