The Ideal candidate will have at least 10+ years of experience as Coach, PM, Scrum Master, Agilist with Scrum Master and Scaled Agile (SAFe) certified.
Responsibilities
- Must be a Certified Scrum Master,
- Scaled Agile (SAFe) experience and certification.
- Scrum Master or Business Analyst experience
- Ability to coach the team to reach their highest potential.
- Understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures.
- Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Understanding of organization s development platform and languages.
- Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings.
