Summary
- Develop and maintain reporting and analytics related to contingent workforce program performance, including headcount, spend, supplier performance, and workforce lifecycle metrics.
- Support daily operations within Beeline or a comparable Vendor Management System (VMS), ensuring workforce, requisition, and supplier data remains accurate and audit-ready.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and analytics techniques to identify trends, optimize reporting processes, and generate actionable business insights.
- Prepare and present program updates, metrics, and recommendations to PMO leadership, hiring managers, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Assist with workforce program operations, governance activities, compliance initiatives, and process improvement efforts.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support strategic workforce planning and program effectiveness.
- Strong understanding of contingent workforce and extended workforce programs, including staffing operations, MSP environments, VMS platforms, and contractor lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with Beeline or a comparable Vendor Management System.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise, including complex reporting, data analysis, and dashboard development.
- Experience utilizing AI tools to analyze data and improve reporting efficiency.
- Strong reporting, data visualization, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting contingent workforce programs within a large technology organization.
- Knowledge of workforce governance practices, including compliance tracking, tenure management, supplier scorecards, and audit readiness.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization platforms.
- Familiarity with workforce analytics and program performance measurement methodologies.
