You will partner closely with engineering teams, Service Availability Engineering, Automation Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve application performance, deployment strategies, observability, and operational excellence. Your expertise will contribute to initiatives involving modern platform architecture, CI/CD optimization, performance and load-testing strategies, dual-production deployment models (Blue/Green and A/B), event-driven architecture, and enterprise-grade application modernization.

What you have

  • Experience working within Agile software delivery environments.
  • Experience supporting production deployments and release management activities.
  • Experience implementing or supporting performance testing and load-testing environments.
  • Experience working with dual-production deployment strategies, including Blue/Green or A/B deployments.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate technical challenges, develop practical solutions, and influence engineering decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to build effective partnerships across teams and collaborate with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Microsoft Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools.
  • Experience developing single-page applications and reusable UI components using Angular.
  • Experience applying Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
  • Experience developing enterprise-level financial services applications.
  • Experience working within the Retirement Services or broader Financial Services industry.
  • Experience leveraging Splunk for monitoring, observability, troubleshooting, and operational insights.
