Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Python/AI Software Engineer to design and build enterprise-grade AI solutions supporting Information Security, Governance, and Technology Risk initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Python
- Experience building AI/ML and Generative AI applications
- Expertise with Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Prompt Engineering
- NLP, Embeddings, Classification, Clustering, Anomaly Detection
- Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar)
- PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn
- FastAPI and/or Flask
- REST API development
- Docker & Kubernetes
- AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- MLflow, Kubeflow, Argo Workflows
- Kafka, Spark, NiFi
- SQL/NoSQL databases
- Vector Databases (pgVector, Milvus)
- GitLab CI, Jenkins
- Strong understanding of MLOps and AI model lifecycle
