Summary

Join a dynamic team as a Program Manager specializing in Cybersecurity, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting critical incident response operations. This position offers the opportunity to enhance your skills in a collaborative environment while driving continuous improvement in cybersecurity practices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive support and guidance to the Cybersecurity Incident Response team, facilitating smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Coordinate daily standups, incident reviews, and meetings to ensure alignment and clarity within the team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support investigations and remediation efforts.
  • Implement and optimize detection and alerting capabilities in partnership with relevant teams.
  • Assist in maintaining on-call coverage and operational readiness, ensuring seamless handoffs across shifts.
  • Drive process improvements by updating playbooks and refining operational workflows.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective incident response and operational planning.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the incident response function.

Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating cybersecurity incident response within an enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations and incident management practices.
  • Proficiency in managing alerting and monitoring processes using advanced tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging technical teams and stakeholders in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong organizational and program management abilities to handle competing priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with endpoint detection and response technologies and familiarity with industry frameworks.
  • Knowledge of privacy-related incident response activities and collaboration with privacy teams.
  • Ability to guide and influence team members without direct management experience.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like ServiceNow and Splunk for effective incident management.
