Position: Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Lead Consultant
Location: GA (Onsite)
 

Requirement:
Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Lead Consultant with expertise in Payroll, Benefits, and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL). The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of ERP/HCM experience, including 5+ years leading Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementations and support.

Required Skills:

  • Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (Payroll, Benefits, OTL)

  • HCM Functional Lead experience

  • Fast Formulas & custom configurations

  • Oracle Fusion security roles and workflows

  • End-to-end implementation, testing, and deployment

  • Integrations with Oracle Fusion and third-party systems

  • Strong stakeholder communication and troubleshooting skills
