Job Description

We are seeking a highly technical, hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud Analyst to own and support Oracle EPM Cloud applications - primarily Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) and Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS).
This role requires deep configuration knowledge, advanced calculation logic skills, and the ability to independently manage the month-end close.

Key Responsibilities:
Month-End Close (ME) Support
Own and support month-end and quarter-end close processes within PBCS and FCCS.
Monitor data loads, consolidation processes, and reporting cycles.
Identify and resolve data validation, consolidation, and mapping issues independently.
Ensure timely issue resolution within close timelines (WD+X targets).
Support reconciliation between WB and Applicable data.
System Administration, Maintenance and Improvement
Manage metadata updates (dimensions, hierarchies, mappings).
Maintain data forms, business rules, calc scripts, substitution variables.
Monitor integrations (Data Management) and resolve load failures.
Support security provisioning and user access management.
Perform environment migrations (TEST ? PROD).
Proactively identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
Optimize calculation performance and system efficiency.
Support enhancement projects and minor development requests.
Issue Management & Governance
Act as key support for EPM-related issues and perform root cause analysis for recurring system or close issues.
Maintain strong documentation of processes, mappings, and configurations.
Ensure adherence to ITrequirements and SOPs.

Required Qualifications
2-5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM Cloud. (Oracle EPM Cloud certification preferred).
Strong expertise in Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) and Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS)
Strong Consolidation process Knowledge (ownership %, eliminations, translations) and other technical aspects of FCCS and PBCS applications (Rules, Journals etc.)
Experience with Data Management integrations.
Strong experience in developing business rules and maintaining Groovy scripts and Calculation Manager scripts
Experience supporting global close cycles under tight deadlines and prior experience in a global or matrixed organization.
High ownership and accountability.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Clear communication with Finance stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure during close cycles.
Process improvement mindset.
