Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Principal AI Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive software engineering experience, strong expertise in AI/ML technologies, and a proven track record of architecting scalable AI systems across modern enterprise environments.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience, with deep expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Python with hands-on experience developing, deploying, and optimizing AI applications and machine learning models.
• Proven experience architecting, building, and scaling distributed AI systems across cloud platforms, data ecosystems, and modern enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML architecture, system design, scalability, performance optimization, and cloud technologies.
• Demonstrated leadership experience driving large-scale AI transformation initiatives and establishing technical standards, governance frameworks, and responsible/ethical AI practices.
• Strong experience with strategic technology planning, enterprise architecture, and AI innovation initiatives.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to mentor and guide technical teams, influence engineering best practices, and provide technical direction across AI initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with enterprise cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with modern Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, deep learning, and machine learning frameworks.
• Experience establishing AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide AI modernization programs.
