We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry . This is a position that plays a vital role in the overall success of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, payroll, and workforce planning. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for people and a drive to create a positive and engaging work environment. Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, retain, and promote a diverse workforce.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment by ensuring employee engagement and addressing any employee issues promptly and effectively.
  • Oversee and manage payroll processes and ensure all employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Conduct workforce planning to ensure the organization has the required manpower to achieve its objectives.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of HR management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing all HR aspects including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, payroll processing, and workforce planning.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR department staff members.
  • Knowledge of HR legal requirements and compliance.
  • In-depth understanding of strategic HR and ability to implement and manage HR strategies.
  • Proven experience in employee engagement and creating a positive work environment.
