Location: Albany, New York

Qualifications:

15+ years of experience making high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large scale software system.
12+ years of experience writing PowerBuilder Code.
4+ years of experience writing PowerBuilder Code, specifically using Version 10.5.
8+ years of experience with databases, including designing Tables, Triggers, Stored Procedures and writing SQL.
8+ years of experience with gathering requirements and creating design documents.
8+ years of experience with projects that followed a Project Management methodology.
