Technology Implementation Consultant – CRIMS/OMS Upgrade Program
Need: Support CRIMS/OMS upgrade and implementation initiatives with a strong focus on technical customization, integrations, batch processing, troubleshooting, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and support CRIMS/OMS customizations and technical solutions.
• Design and manage integrations using APIs, web services, ETL, and messaging platforms.
• Perform data transformation and database-related activities.
• Resolve issues across applications, integration, and data layers.
• Collaborate with functional and business teams for upgrade delivery.
Must-Have Skills
• Consulting Mindset & Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, problem-solving, strong communication skills with ability to manage client expectations in fast-paced environments.
• Technical Foundation: Proficient in Java OR C#, XML/XSLT, and database technologies (MS SQL Server) .
• Integration Experience: Hands-on experience with APIs, web services, ETL tools (Kettle/Talend), and messaging platforms like (MQ, Kafka).
• CRIMS/OMS Domain Experience: Prior experience with Charles River IMS (CRIMS) or OMS implementations, including exposure to trading workflows and investment management operations.
• Batch Processing & Scheduling: Experience with job scheduling and batch processing tools such as Tidal, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and dependency management
