Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Developer to design, develop, and support scalable enterprise solutions. This role requires strong hands-on expertise with Power Apps and Power Automate, along with proven experience integrating Dynamics 365 with SAP and supporting EDI integrations using IBM Sterling. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business and technical teams to deliver reliable, well-integrated solutions that automate and optimize business processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, customize, and maintain solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement and/or Finance & Operations, as applicable)
  • Build Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps
  • Develop and maintain workflows and automations using Power Automate
  • Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and SAP using APIs, middleware, or Azure integration services
  • Support and enhance EDI integrations leveraging IBM Sterling B2B Integrator
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Develop custom plugins, workflows, and extensions using C#/.NET and the Dynamics 365 SDK
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and integrations
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application and integration issues across D365, SAP, and EDI systems
  • Follow best practices for security, performance, scalability, and maintainability
  • Participate in code reviews, deployments, and release management activities
  • Work closely with functional consultants, architects, and integration teams
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
    • Power Automate
  • Proven experience integrating Dynamics 365 with SAP
  • Hands-on experience with EDI integrations, including:
    • IBM Sterling B2B Integrator
    • Common EDI transaction sets (e.g., 850, 855, 856, 810)
  • Strong development experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Web APIs
  • Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 data models, security roles, and business processes
  • Experience with SQL Server and data integration concepts
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure)
  • Experience with Azure integration services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management)
  • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for D365 and Power Platform
  • Experience working in large-scale, enterprise, multi-system integration environments
  • Knowledge of supply chain, order management, or finance business processes
