Job Description
We are seeking a SAP Syniti Consultant - Data Conversion to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data migration using SAP Syniti and SAP S/4HANA Finance modules and a proven ability to lead end-to-end data conversion, validation, and reconciliation to enable successful S/4HANA deployments.
Role Logistics and Notes
- Work location: Lisle, IL.
- Onsite requirement: Monday through Thursday, four days per week.
- Four years of college education required.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute data conversion from legacy or non-SAP platforms to SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Analyze, map, and transform financial data to align with SAP S/4HANA structures and requirements.
- Develop and implement data migration strategies that ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define data scope and quality expectations.
- Utilize SAP Syniti tools for data migration and management to drive efficient conversion cycles.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and testing to confirm successful migration outcomes.
- Provide expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
- Troubleshoot and resolve migration defects with minimal disruption to operations.
- Document conversion processes, mappings, and best practices.
- Support post-migration stabilization and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience using SAP Syniti tools for data migration and management.
- Experience performing data validation, reconciliation, and testing.
- Technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
- Experience analyzing, mapping, and transforming financial data to align with S/4HANA requirements.
- More than 5 years of relevant experience, with senior-level capability preferred.
- Four-year college degree.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in financial process optimization and business transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
