Job Summary The Advanced Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring business requirements are correctly understood, translated into effective solutions, and delivered with high quality. This role spans business analysis, quality oversight, release coordination, and operational prioritization. The analyst works closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technology teams within a structured SDLC environment to drive successful delivery of enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities Bu siness Analysis & Requirements Partner with stakeholders and end users to clarify and validate business needs Translate complex requirements into actionable deliverables (epics, features, user stories) Lead end-to-end business analysis activities for internally developed applications Support Agile delivery teams with backlog management, prioritization, and flow Quality & Defect Management Coordinate defect analysis, root cause identification, and prioritization Oversee functional and regression testing activities Provide oversight for test automation resources (Playwright), review results, and track improvements Ensure QA approval during release processes Release & Operational Coordination Present release candidates and new functionality to user communities via demos and communication sessions Track operational activities including configuration and environment changes Support ticket prioritization based on business value, impact, and risk Ensure adherence to SDLC across analysis, testing, release, and operational transition phases Stakeholder Engagement & Governance Act as central liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and solution reviews Provide clear updates to leadership forums and delivery stakeholders Ensure documentation meets quality, audit, and regulatory standards Required Qualifications U niversity degree required Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Analysis or related delivery roles within complex technology environments Strong understanding of SDLC frameworks and end-to-end delivery Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority Experience working with Agile delivery teams Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent technical experience Experience defining or improving test plans and QA processes Exposure to QA maturity initiatives and quality governance Familiarity with test automation tools (Playwright) Experience with Tableau or similar BI/reporting tools Background in regulated or large enterprise environments Solution-oriented mindset with ability to contribute to design discussions What Success Looks Like Cl ear, complete, and high-quality requirements that accelerate delivery and reduce rework Improved alignment between business intent, operational needs, and technology execution Scalable, efficient, compliant, and user-centric solutions Strong stakeholder confidence in delivery outcomes Education: Bachelors Degree
