Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Microservices Tech Lead/Architect to design and lead scalable, cloud-native applications using modern microservices architecture. This role will drive system design, define best practices, and lead engineering teams in building resilient, high-performance distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement microservices-based architectures for enterprise applications
Lead architecture decisions across cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
Define API standards, service communication patterns (REST, gRPC, event-driven)
Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of distributed systems
Drive containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, DevOps, QA)
Mentor developers and enforce coding and architectural standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10–15+ years of software development experience
Strong expertise in microservices architecture & distributed systems
Hands-on experience with Java/Spring Boot or Node.js/.NET microservices
Deep knowledge of REST APIs, event-driven architecture (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Solid understanding of system design, scalability, and performance tuning

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with service mesh (Istio/Linkerd)
Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
Exposure to domain-driven design (DDD)
Experience in high-scale or enterprise environments
