Job Title: System Integration Engineer
Location: Albany, NY (50% Remote / 50% Onsite)

Role Summary
The System Integration Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions by gathering business requirements, integrating systems, and ensuring optimal performance. The role bridges business and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; convert them into user stories and technical specs
Configure Salesforce (workflows, validation rules, flows, security) and support development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning)
Analyze and optimize business processes using process mapping tools
Lead UAT, create test scripts, and manage deployments across environments
Perform data analysis, reporting, and ensure data integrity
Provide production support, documentation, and user training
Required Skills
Strong Salesforce experience (Sales/Service Cloud, Lightning, Flows)
Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and data integration
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Hands-on with SQL, data loader tools, Visio/Lucidchart
Qualifications
7+ years of IT experience with 2+ years in a lead role
2+ years of Salesforce solution design/architecture experience
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud / CRM
