Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Automation and AI Integration Architect to drive platform modernization, cloud automation, and AI adoption initiatives. This role will lead the design and implementation of scalable automation frameworks, AI deployment platforms, and centralized observability solutions to enhance operational efficiency and enable self-service cloud capabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in cloud automation, AI/LLM-based solutions, CI/CD integration, observability frameworks (OTEL), and modern database migration strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1 Cloud Automation & Self-Service Enablement

• Architect and implement automation frameworks for self-service cloud resource provisioning.

• Design scalable Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions.

• Embed automation into CI/CD workflows to streamline DevOps processes.

• Develop and manage ephemeral sandbox environments for on-demand development and testing.

2 AI & LLM Integration Leadership

• Lead development and deployment of AI-based applications, including LLM-powered chatbots and AI agents.

• Architect centralized AI platforms for scalable deployment of AI workloads.

• Evaluate and integrate AI tools to optimize operational and program processes.

• Drive strategy for AI adoption aligned with business goals.

3 Platform Modernization & Database Migration

• Lead modernization of legacy systems and database migration initiatives.

• Implement scalable, secure, and high-performance database solutions.

• Establish governance and best practices for modernization programs.

4 Observability & Monitoring

• Design and implement centralized logging and monitoring strategies.

• Leverage OpenTelemetry (OTEL) for unified observability across systems.

• Improve system reliability, performance visibility, and troubleshooting capabilities.

5 Stakeholder & Technical Leadership

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation and AI strategies with enterprise roadmaps.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship.

• Ensure Agile best practices and DevOps culture adoption.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Master s degree preferred.

Experience

• 8+ years of progressive experience in software engineering.

• 5+ years in a senior architect or technical lead role focusing on cloud automation and AI integration.

Technical Expertise

• Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform)

• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, etc.)

• CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)

• AI/ML & LLM-based chatbot development

• AI agent frameworks

• Database migration & modernization strategies

• Observability platforms & OpenTelemetry (OTEL)
