Job Description -

We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to help establish and mature a Technology Lifecycle Management / IT Asset Management program focused on enterprise technology assets such as laptops and related hardware.

This person will work closely with technology and asset management stakeholders to build the structure, processes, communication cadence, and overall governance needed to manage technology assets through their lifecycle, including identifying and addressing technology obsolescence.

This is not simply a PMP/project coordination role. We need someone who has hands-on program management experience and understands how to build and run a structured technology lifecycle or asset management program.

Key Responsibilities

1. Help establish and mature a Technology Lifecycle Management and IT Asset Management program
2. Develop the structure and operating model for managing technology assets and technology obsolescence
3. Partner closely with Asset Management and technology stakeholders as the broader program continues to take shape
4. Establish clear program governance, priorities, processes, ownership, and communication rhythms
5. Coordinate activities and dependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders
6. Create and distribute recurring program updates, including a weekly Friday status update
7. Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and next steps clearly to stakeholders and leadership
8. Leverage Microsoft Copilot / generative AI tools to quickly develop program documentation, communications, updates, and other content
9. Bring a proactive mindset and help create structure in an evolving environment rather than simply managing an established project plan

Required Experience

• Strong Program Management experience, with demonstrated ownership of complex technology initiatives
• Experience with IT Asset Management, Technology Lifecycle Management, hardware lifecycle management, or technology obsolescence programs
• Understanding of enterprise technology assets, particularly end-user hardware such as laptops
• Experience establishing or improving program structure, governance, processes, and recurring reporting
• Strong stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively in an environment where processes and programs are still being developed
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools to accelerate documentation, communication, and content creation
