Job Title: ServiceNow Senior Specialist / Technical Lead – HAM / SAM / HRSD / CMDB - Remote

Role Overview

The Onshore BPC role is defined as a Senior Specialist or Technical Lead responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow modules. This role ensures accurate Configuration Management Database (CMDB) data, manages IT asset lifecycles (HAM/SAM), and implements ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) using best practices.

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in any of:

  • HAM

  • SAM

  • HRSD

Key Responsibilities

< data-end="678" data-start="647">CMDB & CSDM Governance

• Own end-to-end management of the CMDB

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance (completeness, correctness)

• Map Configuration Items (CIs) in alignment with ITIL and CSDM standards

< data-end="905" data-start="878">HAM / SAM Strategy

• Develop and implement strategies for hardware and software asset lifecycle management

• Perform reconciliation with discovery tools

• Ensure compliance and optimization of asset usage

< data-end="1128" data-start="1099">HRSD BPC Development

• Configure and customize HR Service Delivery components, including:

  • Lifecycle Events

  • Case Management

  • Knowledge Management

  • Employee Service Center

• Implement solutions using BPC (Best Practice Configuration) principles

• Develop and customize using ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript)

• Build workflows using Flow Designer

• Configure UI policies and automate processes

• Configure ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping

• Implement Service Graph Connectors

• Ensure accurate and automated data population

• Manage ServiceNow health dashboards

• Perform audits and maintain governance standards

• Present analytics and insights to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in ServiceNow Development and Consulting

• Hands-on expertise in HAM, SAM, CMDB, and HRSD modules

< data-end="2279" data-start="2254">Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting

• Experience with ServiceNow API integrations (REST/SOAP)

• Knowledge of MID Server configuration
