Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Delinea Privileged Access Management (PAM) Architect / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the design, implementation, migration, and optimization of enterprise PAM solutions. This individual will serve as the technical authority for Delinea technologies, partnering with security, infrastructure, identity, and application teams to deliver secure and scalable privileged access solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise with Delinea Secret Server, Privilege Manager, and legacy Centrify solutions, along with extensive experience architecting PAM programs for large enterprise environments. This role requires strong consulting, client-facing, and leadership skills with the ability to drive strategic PAM initiatives from assessment through deployment.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Information Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), or Privileged Access Management (PAM) experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Delinea Secret Server.
• Proven experience serving as a PAM Architect, Solutions Architect, Principal Consultant, or SME.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale PAM solutions.
• Strong expertise with:
• Delinea Secret Server
• Delinea Privilege Manager
• Centrify Server Suite
• Active Directory
• LDAP
• SAML
• OAuth
• Azure AD / Entra ID
• Experience leading PAM migrations:
• Centrify to Delinea
• Legacy vaults to Delinea Secret Server
• PAM modernization initiatives
• Experience developing architecture documents, solution designs, and technical roadmaps.
• Strong PowerShell, Python, or automation scripting experience.
• Experience integrating PAM solutions with cloud and hybrid environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous employment with Delinea, Centrify, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or a PAM consulting organization.
• Delinea Secret Server Certified Engineer.
• Centrify Certified Architect.
• Experience with:
• Azure
• AWS
• Okta
• ServiceNow
• Ansible
• Terraform
• Kubernetes
• CISSP, Security+, or other security certifications.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design enterprise PAM solutions utilizing Delinea technologies.
• Lead end-to-end Delinea Secret Server deployments and migrations.
• Conduct PAM assessments, workshops, and architecture reviews.
• Develop implementation strategies, governance models, and operational procedures.
• Integrate Delinea with Active Directory, Azure AD, cloud platforms, and third-party applications.
• Automate privileged account onboarding, credential rotation, and access workflows.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with security leadership to align PAM initiatives with organizational security objectives.
• Create detailed architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and technical documentation.
• Support production environments and provide escalation assistance for complex PAM issues.
