Must-Have Skills:

• Strong research, analytical writing, organization, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with the ability to communicate complex information to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Management.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Secret clearance and experience supporting federal, military, healthcare, or complex enterprise environments
• Experience with process improvement, change/knowledge management, training materials, executive briefings, or policy implementation.
