About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Architect to drive architecture for Client s Digital member-facing web and mobile platforms, supporting key healthcare domains such as Claims, Spending, Benefits, Secure Messaging, Live Chat, and ID Cards. This role is a critical bridge between strategy and execution.

Experience in one or more of Healthcare: Claims, Benefits, Accumulators, Messaging/Chat

Mobile and Web Microservices Architecture

Experience evaluating or implementing AI/LLM solutions (e.g., Bedrock, model integrations)

Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Document DB, etc.)

Strong experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, CDC patterns)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in one or more of: Claims, Benefits, Accumulators, Messaging/Chat

Familiarity with API gateway patterns, caching strategies, event-driven systems

Experience with caching strategies

As a Lead Architect, you will:

Own one to two domains deeply (e.g., Claims, Benefits, Messaging), acting as the primary technical authority

Support multiple domains broadly, partnering with other architects and SMEs

Drive both feature-level solutioning and long-term domain strategy ( north star )

Ensure systems scale across client (web/mobile), API, and backend service layers

You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and external teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-quality solutions on AWS-based platforms.
