o Lead end-to-end architecture for ServiceNow HRSD implementations
o Design scalable solutions using case & knowledge management, ESC, Lifecycle events, HR agent workspace and others
Define data models and integration patterns
o Well versed with Hire to Retire business process and have ability to define future state
o Drive automation strategy
o Design and develop API and middleware solutions
o Develop compliant solutions and have standards and architecture guardrails
o Ability to manage complex stakeholders including IT and business
