Job Description:
Summary: The OpenText Web CMS Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level web content management solutions using the OpenText Web CMS (TeamSite) suite. This role requires strong front-end development expertise, hands-on experience with Angular frameworks, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality digital solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with OpenText Web CMS (TeamSite) version 16+.
- Experience working with OpenDeploy and LiveSite components.
- Develop and maintain front-end components, templates, and CMS integrations.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, XSLT, Java, and Perl.
- Strong experience with Angular 15+, including client-side and server-side rendering.
- Experience with micro-frontend architecture.
- Knowledge of responsive web design and modern UI development practices.
- Experience with CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS.
- Familiarity with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of web security best practices.
- Experience collaborating with design, SEO, and content teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain CMS templates, components, and workflows using OpenText Web CMS.
- Design and optimize CMS deployments and integrations for enterprise-scale platforms.
- Build and maintain front-end applications using Angular and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with design, SEO, and content teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.
- Implement responsive and secure web solutions following best practices.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and version control using GitHub.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance and CMS workflows.
