Cognitive, Azure, Alero (CyberArk)
Define process for new use case builds
Interface with Hosting – Azure support
C Cognitive – Architecture support
Server Maintenance – Load Balancing, patching, etc.
Server Access – Alero as needed
Support on Data ingestion and contextualization in CDF
Data pipeline support/fixes
Security model (incl. User Permissions management, User Governance policies and administration)
User access tracking
IT processes and Procedures mapping, documentation, and versioning
IP IT Infrastructure needs (servers, switches, firewalls, edge device provisioning, maintenance, expansion etc).
Release change management
Infield devices purchase/configuration/connectivity
Tablet support – Coordinate between connectivity, PLTE issues, hardware issues, login issues
Generic ID support – Creating and maintaining generic IDs to be used on the tablets. (15 today for just Pensacola)
Support for Canvas/Charts/Data views/Search
Streamlit Apps (Roll intel, Liquor Balance, Lab Compliance, ‘Area’ Summarizers, Access logs, Mill Analytics)
.NET custom apps (i.e., any and all other Non-Streamlit apps)
IPAS (International Paper Application Station)
Adding URLs etc.

Gold Run
Key Vault
