As a Data Center Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and deploying the hardware and infrastructure that keeps mission-critical systems running around the clock.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve server, hardware, and infrastructure issues
  • Install, replace, and maintain servers, network equipment, and related components
  • Perform structured cabling, patching, and infrastructure support activities
  • Conduct diagnostics and root cause analysis to identify and resolve technical problems
  • Support rack installations, cable management, power distribution, and airflow optimization
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
  • Assist with data center projects, upgrades, and hardware deployments
  • Serve as a technical resource for junior team members when needed
  • Adhere to established operational, security, and change management processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure maximum uptime and performance

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in a data center, IT infrastructure, hardware support, or telecommunications environment
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware and server components
  • Experience with structured cabling and physical infrastructure support
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
