Job Description:

Application / Production Support Analyst (5 openings)

We're looking for 3–5 years of experience in Tier 2/Tier 3 application support. This is not first-line support (Tier 1 overnight support is offshore), so candidates whose background is limited to ticket routing or monitoring won't fit. The must-haves are code-level debugging of Java, Oracle, and Python applications, root-cause analysis with recurrence prevention, triage of client report and system failures, recommending performance improvements, and financial services industry experience, which the client calls essential.

Nice-to-haves include Perl, automation of manual processes, monitoring/alerting setup, AI code-assist tools, Splunk, and mentoring. Pitch this as a growth role: there's a clear career path into the Full Stack Engineer position if interested.
