Technical Support Technician

Pay Range:$23/hr-$25/hr

Postion:Technical Support

• Key Responsibilities


• Respond to and resolve technical support tickets within a 24-hour SLA
  Write and maintain iterative, repeatable code (as opposed to new system development)
  Independently troubleshoot issues when possible; escalate complex problems to development teams as needed
  Clearly document all work performed, including root cause analysis and resolution steps
  Communicate effectively with internal and/or customer-facing stakeholders through ticketing systems
  Quickly ramp into existing tools, processes, and codebases
  Technical Requirements


• Programming experience in Java or Python (either is acceptable)
  Base-level coding experience is sufficient; this role is well-suited for:
  Entry-level Software Development Engineers (SDE)
  Entry-level Data Engineers
  Ability to read, understand, and modify existing code
  Experience working in ticket-based support or operational environments preferred
  Bonus: Exposure to AI tools, automation, or scripting for efficiency gains
