Project Manager to support the execution of construction projects within
Data Center and Critical Facilities environments. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day project activities, timelines, and coordination efforts while serving as the client's on-site representative.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in data center construction, understands critical infrastructure requirements, and is comfortable coordinating with multiple vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Manage daily execution of project timelines, milestones, and deadlines
- Coordinate daily activities with client personnel
- Interface with vendors, general contractors, and subcontractors on a daily basis
- Monitor project progress and assist with facilitation of construction activities
- Implement and understand the defined construction scope of work
- Identify, track, and facilitate project milestones
- Ensure project safety requirements are met and remain in compliance
- Monitor staffing levels to ensure project needs and expectations are met
- Manage processes related to RFIs, project budgets, and change orders
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved plans and specifications
- Act as the client's representative to ensure compliance with network design standards
- Interface with local jurisdictions and authorities as required
- Participate in value engineering efforts to identify cost savings and avoid project delays
- Attend and participate in weekly meetings with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors
- Review project schedules and sequencing of planned work activities
- Monitor and track MOPs, RFIs, and submittals
Required Qualifications- Proven experience in Data Center and/or Critical Facilities projects
- Strong understanding of construction project management processes
- Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and subcontractors
- Knowledge of safety, compliance, and construction standards
- Ability to manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, and change orders
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $75.00/hr.
