Position Overview:
Seeking a ServiceNow Automation Engineer to build and support ServiceNow Service Catalog workflows for automated Dynatrace OneAgent deployment across Windows, Linux, and AIX environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow Service Catalog/Flow Designer workflows.
- Utilize ServiceNow CMDB to identify and validate CI relationships.
- Configure CI tagging and deployment tracking.
- Integrate automation with Change Management/ITSM processes.
- Use ServiceNow MID Server for automated deployment execution.
- Support Dynatrace OneAgent deployment and troubleshooting.
- Develop/support automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and Dynatrace teams.
- Maintain deployment documentation and reporting.
